
Two individuals are facing drug-related charges after local authorities executed a search warrant at a Salmon residence over the weekend.
On Saturday, October 4, members of the Lemhi County Narcotics Enforcement Team (LCNET) served a search warrant at 800 Bryan Avenue, the residence of Paula Smith and Tina Daniels.
According to Salmon Police Chief T. Stratton, officers located approximately 27.6 grams of methamphetamine and various items of drug paraphernalia during the search. The estimated street value of the narcotics is $3,300.
Paula Smith was arrested at the scene and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. She was booked into the Lemhi County Jail.
Tina Daniels was charged with being present in a place where narcotics are used and paraphernalia with intent to use. Additional charges for possession of a controlled substance are pending.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
